About PNGUPDF
Draft — awaiting operator details
This page is a draft. The legal operator name, country of establishment, contact address and confirmed hosting details are still missing, so it is not a final policy.

What this site does
PNGUPDF is a small, focused utility. It does exactly two things: it turns PNG images into a PDF, and it turns PDF pages into PNG images. There are no other converters, no account system and no advertising.
Both tools run in your browser. Images and PDFs are read on your device, and the output is produced there. The files are not uploaded to a server, and they are not stored by this site.
Why it is deliberately narrow
A converter that tries to handle every format ends up with a long menu and an unclear promise. Keeping the scope to PNG and PDF makes it possible to be precise about quality, transparency, page layout and resolution — the details that actually decide whether the output is usable.
How it is funded
There are no subscriptions, no accounts and no ads. There is no payment step anywhere in the tools.
Operator information
The legal operator of this website, its country of establishment and its contact details still have to be inserted. Until they are, this page is a draft and cannot be treated as a final imprint or legal notice.
Still needed before publication
- Legal operator name, and any registered company name that must appear
- Country of establishment and the registered business address
- A monitored contact email address and, where required, a telephone number
- The production hosting provider, its region, and the retention period for hosting and security logs
- Confirmation of whether the hosting provider processes anything beyond technical request logs on our behalf
- The supervisory authority and governing law that apply to the operator
