Using the service
PNGUPDF is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may convert documents you own or are allowed to process. You do not need an account, and there is nothing to subscribe to.
What you are responsible for
You are responsible for the files you open and for the output you create and share. Do not use the tools for content you have no right to handle, and do not rely on a converted file as the only copy of something important.
No warranty
The tools are provided as they are. Conversion can fail, browsers differ, and very large files may exceed what a device can process. No guarantee is given that a conversion will succeed or that the output will be suitable for a particular purpose.
Availability
The site may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time. There is no service level agreement and no paid support.
Intellectual property
The site's own code, text and design belong to the operator. Your files remain yours: no rights over them are claimed, and they are not accessed by the operator.
Governing law
The operator's identity, country of establishment and the law that applies to these terms still have to be inserted. Until then this page is a draft.
Still needed before publication
- Legal operator name, and any registered company name that must appear
- Country of establishment and the registered business address
- A monitored contact email address and, where required, a telephone number
- The production hosting provider, its region, and the retention period for hosting and security logs
- Confirmation of whether the hosting provider processes anything beyond technical request logs on our behalf
- The supervisory authority and governing law that apply to the operator
